Intofer

A drug that affects hematopoiesis and blood. Hematopoiesis stimulator. Iron supplement in combination with multivitamins and folic acid.

Each hard gelatin capsule contains:
dry ferrous sulfate BP is equivalent to elemental iron – 100 mg
ascorbic acid (coated) BP – 75 mg
folic acid BP – 1000 mcg
Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP Equivalent to Elemental Zinc – 15 mg

treatment and prevention of iron-deficiency anemia of various etiologies, including those accompanied by folic acid deficiency
treatment and prevention of latent iron deficiency associated with excessive iron losses (bleeding, regular donation)
treatment and prevention of latent iron deficiency during the period of increased body demand for it (pregnancy, breastfeeding, malnutrition, chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency, condition after gastric resection, decreased immunity during / after infectious diseases)
as part of the complex therapy of skin diseases (juvenile acne, alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis).

Adults and children over 12 years old:
The drug is administered orally 1 capsule 1-2 times / day.
The course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually and can be 1 – 3 months.
